National Restoration’s experts work with the customer every step of the way.  They start by collecting information related to client properties and determine the best-approach for disaster response.  National’s experts will evaluate the customer’s facility and provide innovative and cost-saving solutions to complex situations. From there, experts will create an emergency action plan, which will address every aspect of the emergency response.  The plan includes emergency contacts as well as pertinent municipality contacts.  Having this information readily available will assist the client’s management team expedite an emergency response.

A designated point of contact is assigned to manage each account under theProtection Promisee.  They are available to address any concern that may arise.  National Restoration’s 24 hour, year-round response gives clients peace of mind knowing that an informed team is on standby, ready to react when disaster strikes.
